Our prices are lower than others because we buy only in bulk, direct from manufacturers. Additionally we don't have the overheads of a salesforce or local branches. All prices quoted include VAT.

Your order will be picked, packed and despatched from our own massive stocks. If it's on our website we'll have it in stock and we will despatch it today (if you order before 6pm) without delay.

We pride ourselves that over 97% of customers who order before 6PM on Weekdays receive their standard within 48 Hours. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday are shipped on the next working day (Monday) for next day delivery (Tuesday). However, delivery is usually 3-4 days for Remote and offshore addresses. Delivery to EU countries normally takes 5 to 7 days.

So confident are we of the quality of our products that if any item does not come up to your expectations you may return it within 30 days. All we ask is that it arrives in original condition, including the packaging. For the security of high value items, such as power tools, please contact us first.
