When I make a payment, is the site secure?
Yes this site is totally secure and all customer should have no concerns making payments.

How do you enter different delivery address details?
There is an opportunity for you to enter delivery address details on the address page of the checkout. If you have any further problems please consult our help page.

Are all items always delivered within 48 Hours to UK Mainland?
No. We pride ourselves that over 97% of customers who order before 6PM on Weekdays receive their standard within 48 Hours. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday are shipped on the next working day (Monday) for next day delivery (Tuesday). However, delivery is usually 3-4 days for Remote and offshore addresses. Delivery to EU countries normally takes 5 to 7 days.

Sometimes there is a delay on my order being delivered. Why is this?
Occasionally we receive an overwhelming response to our latest mailing activity. Whilst we will do everything we can to despatch as many orders as possible for next day delivery, in some cases a tiny minority number of parcels are delayed. We appreciate the inconvenience this can cause, and apologise if this has affected you.

How do I return items if faulty?

An out of stock message will appear when you try to order the non-stocked item. However we do strive to provide 100% of products in stock at all times.
